All artwork, lettering, images, text, designs, graphics, trademarks, and service marks used in products and services purchased through our Etsy Shop are owned by and the property of INKSCRPT. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, distribute, display, reproduce or in any way exploit any of the content or intellectual property in our Etsy shop, in whole or in part, without prior written consent. We reserve the right to immediately remove you from our services and deny a refund if you violate these terms.

Limitations of Liability

You agree that under no circumstances shall we be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary or any other damages arising out of your use of our shop, site or services. Indemnification

You indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, settlements, liabilities, costs, charges, assessments and expenses, as well as third-party claims and causes of action, arising out of any breach by you of any of these Terms of Use, or any use by you of our Etsy shop and services. You shall provide us with any assistance, without charge, as we may request in connection with any defense, including, without limitation, providing us with information, documents, records, and reasonable access to you, as we deem necessary. You shall not settle any third-party claim or waive any defense without our prior written consent.

Termination of Use

You agree that we may, at our discretion and with Etsy (as applicable), suspend or terminate your access to all or part of our site, services and products with or without notice and for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of these Terms of Use. Any suspected illegal, fraudulent or abusive activity may be grounds for terminating your relationship and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. Upon suspension or termination, your right to use our site, services and products we provide will immediately cease. We reserve the right to remove or delete any information that you may have on file with us.
