When you purchase a product or service from our Etsy store or the INKSCRPT website, to fulfill your order, you may provide us with certain information (which you authorized Etsy and/or our website to provide to us) such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information and the details of the product that you are ordering. You may also choose to provide us with additional personal information (for a custom order, for example), if you contact us directly.

Why we collect information and how we use it

You can engage in most activities on this website without providing any personal information. It is only when you seek to download resources, contact us, purchase a product or service and/or register for services that you are required to provide information.

2) Compliance with the Etsy Seller Policy (if applicable) and INKSCRPT’s Terms of Use.

•           We use your information as necessary to comply with our obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use and Squarespace’s Terms of Use.

We may share your Personal Information with vendors and other third-party providers who are providing services for us. The vendors and third-party providers used by us will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide for us. Certain third-party service providers, such as payment processors, have their own privacy policies in respect of the information that we are required to provide to them in order to use their services. We take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to ensure the protection, privacy and security of the information we collect from you. However, these measures do not guarantee that your information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of such precautions.

INKSCRPT shares your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

•           Etsy (if applicable): If you place an order with us via Etsy, we share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you our services and comply with our obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.

•           Service Providers: We engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to our shop, such as delivery companies. We will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

•           Business transfers: If we sell or merge our business, we may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.

•           Compliance with laws: We may collect, use, retain, and share your information if we have good faith that it is reasonably necessary to:

o          (b) enforce our agreements, terms and policies;

o          (c) prevent, investigate and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or

Etsy

Payment

All transactions are secure and encrypted by Etsy. We never store your credit card information. Please see Etsy's policies for more information about how payments are processed.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on our Etsy store. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it. If you do not agree to any changes, if and when such changes may be made to this Privacy Policy, you must cease access to this website.
